Start the GismoTel softphone after installation and you see following:

Type your user id (sip number 7xxxxx) in "Account" and "Auth Name".

Type you user id password / sip account password in the field "password".

Type sip.gismotel.com in "Server" and type 5060 or 6060 in "Port"

In most cases user do not need to add any information under "Advanced" only if behind a firewall etc.

Click "login" and you will see following:

You can add and change different codec like g729, g723.1 and g711 etc from the top bar if needed.

You are now ready for making phone calls. You can test it by calling 900 and make a echo-test. After the announcement you can start talking. Everything you say will be recorded and played back to you. If that works you are ready for making phone calls.

NOTE: GismoTel Softphone does not work on Windows Vista.
