This fair use policy applies exclusively to the Monthly WorldWide calling Plan.

Please note that you are not allowed to use the VoIP services in territories where offering or using such services is forbidden by law. By agreeing to this Terms of Service, you will explicitly state that you have verified in your own territory if the offering and use of such services is allowed.

These words have the following meanings in this agreement, either in the singular or in the plural form.

Monthly Payment
GismoTel will take out the payment assigned to your flatfee program on the first of each month and you will be charged 1 month in advance. Not having enough money into your prepay account results in disabeling the option to use the GismoTel’s VoIP service and flatfee program.

Funds
Refers to the amount of money into your VOIP Sip Account with GismoTel that will be used to prepay your monthly flatfee program and pay for the calls to destinations that are not covered with the flatfee program or calls made to destinations after the free minutes are exceeded.

Terms of Service
Besides this fair use policy the standard Terms of Service also do apply for this flatfee program.
